Website Privacy Policy

Ponte Credit LLC · 625 E. Twiggs Street, Suite 110, Tampa, FL 33602 · support@pontecredit.com · Effective: 10/01/2026

1. Scope. This policy covers the website pontecredit.com and the course sales and checkout pages at curso.pontecredit.com. Contracted clients separately receive the financial privacy notice required by federal law (GLBA) at enrollment.

2. What we collect. Browsing data (pages visited, clicks, device and browser type, approximate IP address) through cookies and third-party tools: Google Analytics, from Google LLC, and the Meta pixel, from Meta Platforms, Inc. The platform that hosts the course also uses its own Google Analytics to measure its use. When you buy the course: your full name and email, to give you access to the lessons. When a purchase is completed, we send a record of it to Meta through the Conversions API, with your email and name in encoded form, to measure our ads. Payment is processed by our payment processor, and we do not store your full card number. When you join the ITIN module waitlist: your name and email. When you begin enrollment in the service: the information you submit. The site has no contact form and no chat. Clicking "Falar no WhatsApp" opens a WhatsApp conversation, whose data handling is governed by Meta's policy.

3. How we use it. To operate and improve the site; to measure the performance of Ponte's ads on Facebook and Instagram and show those ads to people who have visited the site; to give access to the course; to notify people on the waitlist when the ITIN module is published; and to begin providing the service you request. We do not sell personal data. We never send Google or Meta your SSN, ITIN, credit report data, or the fact that you joined the ITIN module waitlist.

4. Who we share it with. Service providers that operate the site, traffic analytics, the enrollment platform and payment processing, only as necessary. We do not share your data with affiliated companies for marketing without your express consent.

5. Retention. Browsing data: up to 26 months. Incomplete enrollment data: up to 90 days. Contracted client documents: 5 years after the contract ends, as Florida law requires.

6. Your rights. You may request access, correction or deletion of your data by writing to support@pontecredit.com. We respond within 30 days. To limit cookies and browsing records, you can block third-party cookies in your browser, install the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on, and adjust your ad preferences in Facebook and Instagram settings.

7. Security. We use encrypted connections (HTTPS), restricted access and vendors bound by contractual security controls. Report suspected unauthorized access to support@pontecredit.com.

8. Minors. The site and service are intended for persons 18 and older.

9. Changes. Changes to this policy are posted on this page with a new effective date.

10. Language. This policy exists in Portuguese and English. Both versions are equally authoritative.
